Blakey Models

Blakey Models is a family owned business, specializing in building, machining, and restoration of 1.5" to 3.75" scale locomotives and rolling stock. in 7 1/4" and 7 1/2" gauges, I am currently also restoring 2 ft gauge locomotives full time.

Our experience extends from "N"scale models up through standard gauge repairs and restoration.   

Just a note ; As web sites are not my profession, updating comes on a time permitting basis. 

The drawings are complete for the Malcom Moore project. We are starting prototype construction, with completion in the next few months

The Vulcan duplex locomotive project is progressing. Ernie is finishing the wheel patterns, and we have a patern maker and foundry to to work with for the  wheels and cylinder blocks
